It is so difficult to put into words how this child affected my life. For 15 years, he was by my side. He was my first child and I loved him with the burning of a thousand suns.
He walked into my life through his Grandma. He was playful, strong, proud, independent and loving. As he grew, I let him explore the outside world. He would bring me presents and lay them on the front step. I would thank him for the loving gift. He roamed the apartments looking for all of the pretty ladies. When he found them, he would prance with his tail straight up in the air. He loved the attention but he always came home. No matter where we moved, his MO was always the same. I would soon find out that the pretty ladies thought he was homeless and would feed him. The boy truly had game!
His brothers, Frank,(arriving first), Phoenix (Second), then Phoenix passed in January of this year, Alex (Third) and Sean (Fourth) were an irritant to him. He was the only Lord of the Manor for so long, he was not happy about the company. He got used to the action and continued to come home every night to sleep with Mom.I worried constantly when he was outside. It was like having a teenage human (God forbid)...
His favorite things were: Vaseline, chicken, drinking from the faucet, licking water from the shower and looking at pretty ladies.
When he passed, he took my heart with him. He is now with his Aunt Rhonda,Chris, Phoenix, Zoe, Snowflake, Tigger, Muffin, Romeo, Esprit, Zena, Sunny, Angel, Blazer, Fred, Momma Cat, Penny, and the many others that were close to my heart. Mommie loves you Lindsey, I will miss you forever.

It may have taken him 15 years, but Lins finally grew some thumbs and opened the door to Heaven.. well either that or he stood outside and meow until they let him in ... We love you .. Benjamin and Coleson send all their kitty love to their favorite human aunt..

To our Lindsey: You were loved through serious illness, "cranky" days, staying out overnight and roaming the neighborhood, bringing home lipstick kisses on your white fur. You were your Mom's "big boy" and was first in her heart. You were one lucky feline to have her as Mom. Now go find Phoenix and Aunt Rhonda, they are waiting at the Rainbow Bridge. Love, Grandma

Dear Lindsey: You and Mom traveled so many roads together for a long time. You were her bestest friend for many years. I remember you as a baby since I first found you. We love you Lindsey and you will always be the leader of the pack. G.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that with time your heart can heal. I just lost my kitty Shadow in June and I cry for him almost every day. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Your kitty is still with you every step of the way

Sincerely

Lindsey, A.K.A Mr.Bob,
I remember the first day I met you when you gave your one loud Meow which I am sure meant "hey what's up?" I would give you water and food but you always just smelled it and said "nah thanks but I'm good." I was getting so accustomed to walking out in the early morning to be greeted by that distinct one loud hey what's up meow. It's amazing how you can become attached to something so quickly and not realize it till it's gone. Miss you bobbers.
