You came into our life as "Chewee" because you were all "chewed" up in a dog fight.  You were so sweet when you were covered with bite wounds - little did we know how much trouble you would be!  You never liked to be put into your kennel - keep your legs out of reach!  You almost didn't get to stay after eating the $200 cowboy boots.  You had to take a brief vacation while Dad cooled off.  Then there was the love seat you ate (yes a love seat).  But you gave 100 times more in love and kisses.  You let little Kayla tug and pull your ears, examine your teeth and ride you around the room.  You suffered the long trip to Arizona where you got valley fever and horrible allergies.  You warned us of every rabbit and squirrel on the block - why were you so quiet when the burglars came in? We finally gave up on the vertical blinds for our front window because you were just worth more to us.  We will never forget you.
