Bertie was a complex character -part ferocious hunter, part flirt and lots of parts affectionate lap cat. He would lie next to me on the pillow at night and stretch out full length and sleep next to me. He had beautiful long black fur, white boots and an amazingly fluffy tail. He was adorable and we miss him so
