One Eye taught me some important life lessons.  He was a stray cat who showed up at my door 6 years ago. He had only one good eye to see with since the other had been destroyed by trauma or disease.  One Eye taught me how much it is possible for pets to love their humans.  He persevered in spite of his infirmity and all he ever wanted was love and a warm lap to sit in. He was very humble and so appreciative of any affection he could get.  I will always love him and miss him terribly.
