This is my way of telling the world of my everlasting love for my precious budgie, Ashley......she was in our life for only a short time but braved severe illness which the vet said she would never overcome but she did.....our most affectionate, gentle, happy little love, like so many others before her who died too soon.....but we are grateful for the time she was here.....it was a priveledge to have had her in my life.....I will miss the morning chirp and the greeting when coming home from work chirp.....the endless kisses ( yes, all over the face!!!) watching TV for hours.....her inspiring independence, meditating together....having naps and 'sleepovers' with me and perhaps most of all that lovely, divine scent of this warm, soft little feathered body nestled under my chin .......that was my Ashley, a beautiful baby girl budgie  pale blue and 'ash' coloured......missed by her bereft family, never to be forgotten.....loved forever by her grieving 'Mommy'
