My big boy Prince was given to me by my husband when we got married.  You were just a 2 year old gelding and a very high strung guy.  It took alot for us to get you broke, but we did it... you always loved to be groomed, eat apples and carrots and your corn.  You loved to go for rides in the back of our horse trailor and go riding in the hills.  You were such a proud horse holding your tail like you were the king of all horses.  You taught many people how to ride and you were always safe for little kids, knowing that you just needed to walk and not run.  You always had a winny for us in the mornings and evenings just to say hey come here and pet me.  You would even lay your head on our shoulder to say I love you.  You were my first horse and not another could ever replace you, I will always hold you in my heart and when I am on the trails you will be right there with me keeping me safe.  You indeed were a Prince and I will miss you always!!
