There are so many words to describe this wonderful little being that was in our lives, for too short a time.  Kind, hyper, sweet, loyal as the day is long.  He was so full of livelyhood, his eyes always spoke such gentleness.  He would absolutely love when I would place him on my lap and recite his most favorite lines to him, "Toby wants to go outside?", "Toby wants a Boney!?", "Toby wants to go for a ride, in the car, on his leash, for a walk!?" He would go berserk.  He would love to just STARE at me as I cooked dinners, with those little puppy dog eyes of hope for anything that droped off the table, it would drive me berserk, but that was what I loved most about him.  He was so entertained by me and Michelle, so enthralled in our actions around the house.  Words cannot explain the emptiness that we are feeling at the moment, knowing this wonderful, devoted, loyal companion will not be here to share the rest of our lives with him.  I wish I can hold him one more time and call him "Good Boy", which he loved so much.  We love him and miss him more than ever imagined and hope to one day hold him again and tease him with a Milkbone biscuit.  We love you, Toby boy.  - Your Mommies
