Chloe was more then just a pet to the Melnyk family. She was the daughter that Susan has always yearned for and the sister that Jason, Nick and Brad never had. Even though I only knew Chloe for a short amount of time, she became a 2nd pet to me. Since I have a yorkie which is small I always considered myself lucky cause I had my small dog (RIP Prancer and Bentley) and my big dog Chloe! Chloe was a great dog she knew her limits and stayed in the kitchen unless she couldnt control her excitement to be with you. She was taught how to beg, give paw and roll over from her brother brad and was even able to answer questions from her momma! She knew whenever I would come over I would give her treats and for some reason or another she always barked at me! I did have the joy of babystting her on several occasions when we would go outside for walks and she would pull me down the driveway! Chloe loved her bones and when you were outside she would want you to play catch with her. If you were in the pool swimming she would come over and drop her toy in the pool and bark waiting for you to throw it out of the pool. Another thing Chloe loved to do was go in between your legs! It was the funniest thing! But there were 2 things that I know of that scared her, Thunderstorms and Hot Air Balloons. She would start to shake and run upstairs into one of the rooms. The sudden loss of Chloe came as a shock to all of us. But she will remain in are memories forever and will never be forgotten. She was loved and adored by all!
