Pancake was the best bearded dragon anyone could ever ask for. He was never overly aggressive or anything. He was pretty chill and everyone got along with him. I got him on Christmas of 2019 and we had such a connection since then. Around august of 2022, my uncle bought a female bearded dragon named Harley, which would soon become Pancakes beloved breeding partner. They never had fertile eggs like they were supposed to, but we thought we had so much more time for that. On the afternoon of October 20th, 2023, I came home from school and I walked in to my room to find Pancake on my bed. At the first glimpse of him, you could tell he passed. From what it seems, he passed of some unknown illness. He had never shown symptoms of anything, but it's good to know that he lived a loving life regardless of how short it was. May he rest in peace now as I hold onto to the memories for the rest of my years.
