I had a miscarriage more than 3 yrs ago. Michael and I were living in Fl. So, to fill the "void" I BEGGED for a puppy. I knew just what I wanted.(A little red, toy poodle!) It took some searching but, we found a breeder. She was the biggest in the litter, although, only grew to 6 lbs, and I named her "Ginger". She managed to bond with Michael instead of me. (I was always jealous;-)) But, she wrapped Michael,(a huge, gruff man, around her "finger"). It was funny to see this BIG Man and this Little, tiny Dog. She was a "Child" to Michael. She ALWAYS slept with him, ate with him, and often traveled with us. Ginger was so smart and "RULED" her "Kingdom"! Even with big dogs, she showed no fear. She was trusting, loving, and well-behaved. But, most of all, Michael and she were best friends! She liked me, but, she "OWNED" him. A car hit our little baby in front of our house. She was gone instantly. And, she was only 3 yrs old! We will always remember her,and miss her with love, laughter, and and a place in our hearts. Ginger will not be replaced-ever. Ginger, we know your life was cut short but, you were happy and made us happy. Go in love and peace.
