Where to begin on such a tragic incident. I will first tell you about petey my american pit bull terrier. Petey was given to me in june of 2003 a very sick puppy.I took petey to vet and he was near death but with 2 blood transfusions and the help of a very dear vet he made a miraculous recovery.On october 19, 2005 he weighed 85 rock hard pounds and was one of the best friends i have ever had. Jada was my other american pit bull terrier who was petey's wife.I got jada in january of 2004 at 6 weeks and she was just our little bundle of joy.  petey just loved her and they began their life together.Petey and his "wife" Jada escaped out of my yard on October 19, 2005 while me and my boyfriend were at work and they were bothering my neighbors who in turn shot both of my "children" and killed them.i cant tell you the loss i feel of losing both of my best friends. i am also 4 months pregnant with my first human child but the loss of my canine children has been more than words can express.
