Finnegan was found with four other babies under a gypsy caravan in Wareham, Dorset.
They were taken to an animal shelter not far away with their Mother.
He was the only long legged one in the litter.
We took him home at eight weeks old and he has been a part of our family ever since.
Although we all loved him  he was more my dog but for no particular reason.

Now that you are here no more, a part of me has gone with you. You did well old boy to reach over seventeen years old. And that is one heck of a time to be together.
You will never be forgotten for your ways, your bark, and your individuality.
Rest in peace old dog and I sincerely hope that one day soon I will be able to join you.
