Diamond joined our family in August 2000. She picked us by sticking her paw out of the cage at the local pet shelter and grabbed my 4 year old daughter..and was with us ever since. Her fur markings provided the camouflage needed to always stay out of harms way. She slept with my daughter (her human Mom) every night..for 21 years! She loved to play, hunt and was always ready for a pet and cuddle. She is survived by her step brothers, Carlos, Pedro and JT, her human mom, Amber and human grandmother, Eileen. Her last night on earth was spent next to Amber who was with her until her last breath. She will be cremated and her ashes will stay with us, which was her favorite place to be. Diamond, please say hi to all your previous step brothers and sisters in heaven and know that your presence will be missed by us every day of our lives. We love you.
