Many bugs have been senselessly killed by Alex. While he has expressed some remorse, it is incredibly obvious that these various insects have died in vain. When all the bugs are one day gone, humans will collectively look back and think about how many innocent flies, spiders, et cetera they have killed who could have helped our planet. Humans will think of every bug they have ever killed and all the bug families and ecosystems they assisted to ruins.
