All who were lucky enough to meet Mackie always said the same thing. That they had never met a cat quite like him. Humanlike, Playful, Mischevious, Ragdoll etc. These were all common descriptions. He loved people and people loved him. Having Mackie in my life was like having a significant other or a child around all the time, while always giving the utmost in unconditonal love. He was loving, caring, emotional, sometimes even moody. Whether we were playing fetch in the backyard (yes, he was a cat) or chasing each other around the house, we were always having fun. His death leaves me with great sorrow and a feeling of emptiness. This is the first time I have ever experienced the loss of a close pet. Only true pet lovers can empathize with the amount of pain one feels in this situation. The little booger loved to play chicken with cars and it finally caught up with him. Let's celebrate the incredible life of this "kitten kaboodle", other times known as "Mackers" or "Mooks" with this tribute page. We love you Mackie and will never forget you, ever.
