Aero came to me nearly six years ago, a fat fuzzy gelding. He had the most beautiful face I've ever seen, with these big gentle dark eyes, and ears that almost always stayed pricked foward. He was so sweet and everybody who met him fell in love with him. One minute you could have a two year old on him, and he'd be so slow and careful, and the next, I'd be on him and he'd be zooming around a jumping course, clearing jumps with ease. He was such a doll. When the Seattle Science Center held a weekend sedicated to horses, he was asked to be an ambassador for the arabian horse. He touched many hearts and even met the movie star from the The Young Black Stallion movie, Biana Tamimi, who upon meeting him, gave him a big hug. In return, he gave her a kiss. Additionally, when a formally abused teen began taking riding lessons as a therapy, Aero was asked to help her regain her confidence. He had a magical effect on people, and his gentle nature soon won her over. He was the most special horse, and will always be remembered with love.
