Boo is a Treeing Walker hound rescue who came to us as a 4month old malnutritioned, frightened pup with caved ribs, broken tail, parasites and a fungal infection that should have claimed his life.  He battled through bone lesions, skin lesions, stomach ulcers & blindness and grew to be a happy, healthy, joyous dog with an undying zest for life.

He taught us to live every day with happiness, be kind to those you love, have faith in God and appreciate the smallest things.  He was with us only a year and a half, but left a legacy of joy and a belief that nothing is impossible with love.  A relapse of the fungal infection took his life quickly. Thankfully, his body was not ravaged as long as the first time.  The hole in my life will be hard to fill...but I know you wait for me at the Rainbow Bridge with Keela-buns.  You feel no pain tonight and joyfully run with your squeaky toy and the wind flopping in your ears. I'll look for you when my time comes my beloved Booby Do.
