What a good boy you were Harley. From the time you were a gangely goofy pup, until you became the magnificent animal that grew to be, you were above all a loyal, trusting, loving dog. Your size and strength could have made you aggresive and domineering but you truly were a gentle giant. Self-appointed protector of children and smaller animals, it was heartwarming to watch you gently play with the smallest pup. Children were alays in for a face washing and boundless play. You did not have a mean bone in your body yet your mere presence detered anyone from considering harm to your family. You were always there in times of trouble, a willing ear. You seemed to know when we were troubled and you always offered comfort. We will never forget you and you are deeply missed by your family and friends. Sleep well my boy, I know that you will be waiting for us on the other side and will welcome us home someday. We love you.
