Sam was a beautiful Black Lab who came unexpextedly into our lives about 9 years ago. She was a wonderful dog who never snapped at anyone and loved kids. She became my protector when my husband had to work midnights. Just knowing she was near was a comfort. Her favorite place to lay was on the floor next to me whenever I was on the computer.
