At 10.00am Jake passed peacefully away in my arms.



To My little Man,

Jake you were so wonderful,

so gentle and so sweet,

I proudly used to walk you I thought you were so neat.

You were a darling little one, who gave us lots joy,

our Jakey Snake, our little man, my own little darling boy.

I know that you are at peace now, you will be at the bridge.

There will be someone special Jake,

who will be waiting for you,

that someone you will know quite well

and will be forever with you.

Look for Grandad Jake,
