J.C. was my little "fatty McCatty".  She was my first pet that was all mine, not the family pet, but mine.  She was a sweetheart.  Loved to have her ears scratched and to be brushed.  She liked to have people whistle for her.  But not just plain old whistling, it had to be songs.  And not just any song.  Her favorites were "Look for the Silver Lining", "Oh Suzanna" and "On Top of Old Smokey"



She had a kitty sister and a doggie sister who will miss her as much as I will.



I can close my eyes and see her "kneading" a sweater or jacket of mine, practically drooling on it from joy.  



I wish I could have done more to help you.  I love you, J.C. and I always will!!!

Your ashes arrived yesterday. My heart broke open once again!! I placed them in the urn with a baggie of catnip. I love you, J.C.!!! I miss you!! I will meet you one day at the Rainbow Bridge, my sweet precious baby girl!!!

Time passes, and life goes on. But every so often, I get such an incredibly strong emotion of missing you! Of wanting to hold you. I still say "bye", "see ya later" and "I love you" to you when I am saying "bye", "see ya later" and "I love you" to both Gonzo and Cleo every morning!!

I miss you J.C., baby!!!! And I love you so very much!!! See you at the Rainbow Bridge!!

JC, yesterday would have been your 12th birthday! I still miss you! I had a dream that you were in last night. In it I knew you were no longer alive, but that you were coming back to say Hi! It was so great to hold you again, even if it was only in a dream!!
