Jake will be missed by many. Nobody could love him more than i did. He was always there... cheered me up when i was down. Sadly due to a family split we had to send him off to a new home. We made sure it would be a good one where he could be very happy... We just couldn't bare to get another. He is irreplaceable. Though he is not with us anymore He is still in our hearts. xxx
