I remember the first night I had Chelsea. I woke up to a quiet meow next to my bed (Chelsea wanted up with me) this was the beginning of an incredible bond. In the last few years the bond became more like a mother and child bond. I love Chelsea so much. Chelsea was always very calm and quiet. He loved to sleep and he loved his temptations. I could go on and on about the special things that Chelsea did on a daily basis. I miss him so much. I have so many wonderful memories...
Chelsea was an absolutely beautiful cat with big green eyes. I think he knew he was beautiful:) I spoiled him and I am so glad I did. I wish I could continue spoiling him for many more years.
Chelsea first became sick on October 4th 2004. He was hospitalized for 4 days where they determined he had diabetes yet he wasn't responding to any treatment and wouldn't eat. I took Chelsea home on the 7th to say my goodbyes, however, Chelsea got miraculously better. Chelsa was better than ever for about 3 weeks. On November 6th I noticed Chelsea was very lethargic, however, the vet felt it was his potassium. Unfortunatly the potassium didn't help and by the 10th Chelsea was gone. He most likely died of a cancer caused severe pancreatitis which would have kept reoccuring even if he survived through it this time. The vet came to our home to help Chelsea move on to heaven.
I know that Chelsea is in heaven now with other animals and people that have passed away. I feel such a sense of loss right now and I look forward to the day when I get to see Chelsea again.
I miss you Chelsea...so much.
I love you Chelsea Bun...
