Tessa was my life, she was a beautiful king charles spaniel aged 13.She was so wonderful, gentle and caring. She died in my arms at 10am this morning. Good night God bless you sweetheart xxxx

So sorry to hear of the loss of Tessa. King charles spaniels are the best companions. We lost our little Phoebe to a heart attack at ten years of age last June and we still miss her dreadfully six months later. They are a member of the family as much as anyone and they give so much love and ask for so little in return. I will leave another little note after this one which may help. Condolences from Ireland.

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
