My Red was very special to our family.I had her before I had my first child so you can say she was my first baby.
We went through child birth together her 5 and my 2.
Red had 5 puppies 3female and 2 male all full blooded Pit Bull we kept 1 male which we called Brutus he died about 7years ago.
Red was 15 when she passed away which is very old for a Pitbull.
Red loved to go for walks and swim in the lake most of all she just liked being with her family where ever we went she would go and be happy she was with us.
When Red hadnt seen someone she knew for awhile she would give them a big smile and talk to them.
I remember when my daughter was born she would lay underneath the crib and not let anyone touch tne new baby unless I was there. Now she gone to be with all her puppies they all passed away before her along with her sister Billie.I will miss her forever. She loved to chase squirrls and any thing that would run frrom her which was everything.

I have been a friend to this family for over 10 years. I moved to Indiana for a year, my friends picked me up from the bus station, when red saw me, she got such a huge smile on her face, I had never seen a dog smile, but this one did! And she was by my side for the rest of the evening. You could really tell I was missed by her. I will truthfully tell you I am NOT a dog girl, I love my cats but this dog had such a hold over my heart! I loved and always love her like she was one of my own.

We loved Red from the very first time we saw her.She is the only dog that we ever knew that would grin at us whenever we visited. We used to dogsit her on ocassions. She loved the water. When we lived in Flint, she would sit at our back patio door and watch the squirrels feed at our feeders. She would shiver and shake as she loved to chase those squirrels. She is gone from this world today, but somehow, I know she is in heaven romping and playing and chasing those darn old squirrels.
